You may give us information by filling in forms on our site or on our social media pages, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. If you book with us, we will collect more detailed information such as but not limited to: purchase information and transaction data, travel insurance details, dietary requirements, next-of-kin details, previous outdoor experience, details of relevant medical conditions, passport details.
